Diese Einheit gibt Ihnen viel Platz und eine tolle Aussicht. Die Küche wurde aktualisiert und hat alles für Sie, um eine schöne Mahlzeit zu machen, sobald Sie sich für die Nacht einlassen. Es hat Bar-Stil Stühle auf dem Balkon, die hoch, so dass Sie einen Drink und Blick auf den Strand genießen können.

Alle unsere Miete kommen mit voller Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in Einheit und voll ausgestattete Küchen so alles, was Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, ist Spaß! Darüber hinaus bietet unsere Anlage einen Pool, Grill / Picknick-Bereich, FREE WIFI, Autowaschanlage, Strandpromenade für den Strand und einen bequemen Markt nebenan! In den Monaten März bis Oktober bieten wir auch einen kostenlosen Strand-Service an! Wir sind nur 5 Minuten von Fort Walton Beach und Destin auf der wunderschönen Okaloosa Island und nur 3/4 Meile von ausgezeichneten Restaurants, Nachtleben, Geschäften, Wasser-Aktivitäten und das Gulfarium!

Unsere Wohnung ist Nichtraucher und das Nautilus ist ein Haustier-Eigentum.

A month of heavenly warmth.

Nautilus Condominiums are a great option if you are visiting from a cold state (Minnesota) We loved sitting on our balcony having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The king size bed was very comfortable. The view was fantastic!!! We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The living room sofas were comfortable and placed so you could see the ocean also.

Amazing Views

Our condo had amazing views of the ocean. It was nicely decorated. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We LOVED the under the counter ice machine with restaurant style ice!!! Condo could use a little paint touch up on trim. Area rug cleaned and furniture. Not horrible, but definitely showing wear. The balcony view, beach service and pool area were perfect.

Great Beach - Tired Unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Nautilus a few times and love the location which is just enough West of Destin to avoid the crowds and traffic. We also love that they have 1 bedroom condos, on the beach, with a balcony and master bedroom window overlooking the Gulf. There are nicer units than this one (although the prices are the same). The cabinetry appears to all be original and it's warped in many places. The master bath is so jacked up that the countertop doesn't even join with the cabinet which is warped- cabinets/drawers don't close properly. The bedroom furniture has to be from the 70's or 80's (plastic wicker) and is blistered. There's a nice chair but it's covered with an elasticized brown universal liner that must be from Big Lots- cheap. Overall the unit felt unattended by the owner. The kitchen seemed to be equipped nicely although we didn't use much of it. Be prepared to bring every little thing you need, including coffee filters. They provide one kitchen towel. The furniture on the deck is too much to maneuver. We left a message in the office concerning construction that was happening in our room and never received a call back so not sure how responsive they are - never had an issue in the past.The good news is you probably won't be inside much! We'll definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Chris, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience during your stay. We did offer fully refundable cancellations due to the hurricane Sally damage that The Nautilus suffered. The units are individually owned and we will pass your comments on to the owner. The rental office is very responsive under normal circumstances---you were here when we were escorting insurance adjusters, Sliding glass door installers, and water remediation and restoration teams around the property. The office was not manned quite often for that reason. I do hope you decide to come back and see us again once we have completely recovered from the damages of the hurricane..

Beach vacation in October

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were disappointed in a few ways. Everyone pays a cleaning fee which should cover a clean unit. We found dirty drawers in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. There was a used floss stick on a living room table. Bedroom curtains were quite dirty. Master closet was full of a dirty fan, mop bucket, old blinds, and a 5 gallon bucket. We literally needed to take these out to hang clothes up and store the suitcases. Looking down at the bedside table I noticed something black on the floor sticking out. It was a sticky mouse trap!One evening, we went to grill out downstairs. There were no grilling utensils! My husband asked the staff about this and was told, they were probably in another unit! That certainly didn’t help us!The main elevator button constantly sticks and needs to be either replaced or fixed. Prices continually increase but quality has declined.We have been staying at this complex for over 25 years and we’re very disappointed

Great spot, ok condo

The kitchen is great, living room great, bedroom great. However the guest bathroom you have to hold down the handle awhile to get the toilet to flush (not a huge deal). The bathroom in the bedroom... the vanity cabinets are falling apart and partially not attached to the vanity topm it also sits super low even for someone who is 5ft 1in. Again not a huge deal but the cabinetry definitely needs fixed. The shower needs looked at as well. Works fine However there is tape behind the faucet and the handle because the faucet, handle and shower head are hanging out from the wall. That was a bit concerning but didn't end up causing issues luckily. The vent in the shower didn't work well so we had to leave the door cracked (the vent got a lot of condensation build up and would drip down). These are all minor issues that I believe would help this be a 5 star condo. To end on a good note, overall clean (good use a good mop though). Great view, everything worked. Close to everything you need while being on the beach made it a great stay
