Huge yard - 10 min walk to shops & restaurants

Enjoy all the benefits of city living on a beautifully wooded and landscaped acre on a quiet cul-de-sac. Walkable within 10 minutes to West County Mall, restaurants, great shops, corporate headquarters, tennis courts + parks, and entertainment. EASY highway access within 2 minutes, 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis.

House has multiple places to entertain indoors and outdoors and a great hot tub, yard games, fire places and BBQ. Family friendly and enough beds for the kids and family to stay!

The space
Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a dining table for 8-10, and 2 living rooms.

Bedroom 1 upstairs is a queen with dark curtains, a closet, a dresser, and electric fireplace. The mattress is memory foam and has built in charging blocks in the back of the night stands. This bedroom also has an electric fireplace.

Bedroom 2 is a twin, including an office space for remote work. This office space has a monitor and connector so you can work remotely with a dual screen.

Bedroom 3 is downstairs with a full size bed with Hollywood memorabilia and an electric fireplace.

Bedroom 4 is also downstairs, has two twin trundles, and is great for kids with extra toys and games.

The kitchen includes everything you will need for your stay, including everything needed to host family dinners and Thanksgiving! We have USB charging blocks built into all the outlets - no more forgetting your charger!

All TV's are SmartTV's with access to Netflix and other streaming services.

The hot tub seats 8 - and the back yard has games, and everything you would need to host your family!

Guest access
The entire home is available to the guest. Please make yourself at home!

Other things to note
Our home has a Ring Camera outside in the front yard, and facing the back yard for safety purposes.

As mentioned in the house rules, do not use the fire place as it creates smoke. Not fun for you!

Additional rules
Our golden rule is to leave the place like you found it. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided so please feel free to keep the place tidy. No smoking, no shoes, no loud noise. Quiet time is after 10pm. If any additional cleaning is required past one hour you will be billed $25 per hour. Please let us know in advance if you think the place will require additional cleaning. If you’re staying more than 30 days you agree to clean during your stay. At check out feel free to strip the beds leaving linens next to the bed. Leave comforters on the bed unless you’ve stayed an extended period. Empty the refrigerator and take out excessive garbage. It’s ok to leave a small amount of trash in the apartment as our cleaner/cohost will also have a small amount of trash to take out from cleaning. If anything is damaged during your stay please notify your host and send a picture of the item in the Vrbo app. Before check-in please let us know your final guest count. Anyone bringing more people than indicated on the reservation will have their reservation canceled without a refund. Any canceled guests (who do not complete their stay) agree not to write a review about our property.
If any travel issues arise within 72 hours of your stay you agree to contact me to resolve the issue rather than Vrbo. Any guests who does not contact me first to rectify a travel issue agrees to hold me harmless for a refund or for providing you with new accommodations. Guests staying 30 days or more are allowed up to $200 per month in utilities including gas, electric and high-speed Internet. You will be billed via Vrbo and agree to pay for any overages that exceed $200 .Turn lights off when not in use and heat and ac down while away to reduce energy consumption. During your stay notify your host if anything would keep you from writing a five star review on all categories. Any guest who doesn’t notify host of their concerns so the host can rectify agrees not to review the property.
