Work will be done Monday-Friday 8-5pm and may also include noise and paint odors. Deep discounted rates already applied for this time period due to the situation.



A rental agreement outlining our terms and conditions will be emailed to you and must be completed prior to check-in.

We had an amazing time staying here while in Maui. It was wonderful to have some space versus staying in a cramped hotel, and it is still walkable to some great restaurants and shops and just a quick drive away from the local beaches. Very clean and the property team was extremely responsive (within minutes). Oh and the bed sheets were SO SOFT and comfortable. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Beautiful space to land in after your day of adventures on Maui! Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Sheets were incredibly soft. Loved that there was a mini split Air conditioner in each room for comfort. The distance to the Shops at Wailea was a decent walk with hills, so for those that may not be used to walking that distance in the humidity and heat might want to consider driving. The drive is only a couple of minutes and the parking is currently free. The only negative thing I might comment on is the amount of time it took for the shower to get "warm" water was terribly long & it never got hot. We were there 10 days and about 4 days before our departure I messaged about the shower drain was not draining properly and you were standing in ankle deep water to take a shower. I did not get a response back on that until after we checked out.

Good tip on driving to The Shops at Wailea rather than walking that hill in the heat — parking is currently free. On the shower: we checked our full communication log and don't show anything about the drain until your note at checkout — we did get and respond to your mid-stay request for glass cleaner, so messages were coming through both ways. We addressed the drain the same day you mentioned it. As for the water taking a while to heat up, our units use a hot water tank rather than an on-demand system, so running showers back-to-back with other appliances (laundry, dishes) can temporarily use up the hot water while it regenerates — spacing those out helps.
