* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

* Super convenient location in the heart of Grove, OK. Just minutes from anything you'd need: Wal-Mart, Lowes, Starbucks, Shopping, Boutiques, and dozens of amazing restaurants!

* We're only a 5 minute drive to Wolf Creek Boat Ramp & 7 min drive to Honey Creek Area State Park which also has a boat ramp.

* We're also only a 5 minute drive to Downtown Grove where you'll find some fun boutiques and great local restaurants.

* Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

* There is NO lake access, do not use neighbors' properties to access the water!! A neighborhood ramp is down Dogwood Dr. to the left.

* This house uses a septic system. Don’t flush anything other than toilet paper!

* We have a single car carport that you're welcome to park in during your stay. However, we keep a table, chairs, Blackstone grill and dart board setup in the carport for a fun outdoor entertainment space so you might need to move a few things if you need.

* We have a driveway that fits 2 vehicles

* Feel free to park on the side of the street out front! Just be mindful not to block the road or any neighbors' driveways!
