To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for everyone, we use noise monitors that detect sound levels—but do not record audio or video. These devices alert us only if noise exceeds a certain threshold, helping us protect our neighbors’ peace without compromising your privacy.

Pet-Friendly with a Small Fee
We love welcoming furry friends! Pets are allowed for an additional $25 per day, per pet, so feel free to bring your beloved companions along for the adventure.

⬥ Unauthorized late check-out will incur $100 per hour, up to the cost of an additional night.

⬥ Please respect our neighbors. Loud noise, parties, or disturbances will result in a $300 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay without refund.

No Parties or Events, Confetti, or Glitter Allowed
⬥ Any gatherings or events are strictly prohibited.
⬥ To keep the home clean and welcoming for all guests, parties, confetti, and glitter are strictly prohibited. These items are extremely difficult to clean and may damage furniture, floors, and linens.
⬥ Violations will result in a $300 fine and cancellation of your reservation. This policy is enforced in compliance with local short-term rental regulations.

Smoking
Absolutely prohibited. A minimum $250 fine applies.

Violations
