It's great to hear that you found the availability of a vacuum, broom, and mop useful for keeping the unit clean during your stay. Having those tools handy can definitely help with keeping sand and other debris under control. However, I understand your concern about the worn-down couch and armchair. Comfortable seating is an important aspect of any accommodation, and it's unfortunate that you experienced some discomfort with those particular pieces of furniture. Your feedback regarding their condition will be valuable for the property owner or management to address and improve upon. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope that despite this issue, you still had an enjoyable stay. If you have any further comments or questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that the property and room were clean and matched the description. We apologize if the size of the room was smaller than expected, but we appreciate your understanding that it was priced accordingly. We appreciate your recommendation to update the bedroom mattress and pull-out mattress on the couch. Guest comfort is important to us, and we'll take your suggestion into consideration for future improvements. It's also helpful to note that the bunk beds are sized for small children, as stated in the listing, to set appropriate expectations for guests. We're pleased to know that despite these minor concerns, you enjoyed your overall stay. If there's anything else you would like to share or any further assistance we can provide, please let us know. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for an even better experience. Thank you for choosing our property, and we appreciate your kind words.

In these trying times, your concern is valid and we completely understand your disappointment in having to check in late. We apologize from the bottom of our hearts. This is due to our need to uphold new polices we have put in place due to the pandemic. We also must apologize for the long wait to ride the elevators, we are asking guests to limit the number of occupants per elevator ride to better protect themselves during these unprecedented times. Please take care, and be well! We sure hope to sea you again on the coast.

I am sorry to hear that you had parking lot issues. You were here during a very busy Spring Break week but I have never heard of any traffic issues by our entrance. I hope you were able to visit some of the many of restaurants within walking distance of the property.
