It's great to hear that you found the availability of a vacuum, broom, and mop useful for keeping the unit clean during your stay. Having those tools handy can definitely help with keeping sand and other debris under control. However, I understand your concern about the worn-down couch and armchair. In these trying times, your concern is valid and we completely understand your disappointment in having to check in late. We apologize from the bottom of our hearts. This is due to our need to uphold new polices we have put in place due to the pandemic. We also must apologize for the long wait to ride the elevators, we are asking guests to limit the number of occupants per elevator ride to better protect themselves during these unprecedented times. I am sorry to hear that you had parking lot issues. You were here during a very busy Spring Break week but I have never heard of any traffic issues by our entrance. I hope you were able to visit some of the many of restaurants within walking distance of the property.
