Great location

This one bedroom condo was perfect for us. It has a great location and the Phoenix III has plenty of amenities. You can’t beat the view from the balcony!

Needed a quick trip to Beach

We needed a relaxing, mind clearing trip to walk in the sand, play in the ocean and breathe the salt air. Found this place within 2 weeks for planning our trip! Worked out great!

Anniversary Stay

I thought it was bigger then it was when we got to the room, but it was still very nice. The view was beautiful, had everything in the kitchen you need. The only thing I didn’t like was in the very early morning I would get woke up by the people above us moving their furniture around. Overall, it was a great stay!

Location is excellent, no issues with noise or other tenants, and overall was a pleasant stay. The few negatives I have are: - Online photo of rental did not exactly match reality - Property showing "age and wear" - Awkward access to pool/beach through what appeared to be laundry drop off and receiving - was just strange as that is not wanted to see on the way out

Beach House Condo

While the view from the balcony was awesome with comfy seating the inside of the condo was not what we expected. While the fresh blue paint & deco was nice The furniture was stained & extremely uncomfortable. When I sat in recliner it flipped me backwards. I could probably pick it up one handed. There was mold on the shower curtain & every repair needed was caulked or duck taped & painted over.

Nice accommodation for price range.

We come to orange beach frequently and have stayed in various places. This condo has a great location view of beach is great overall property is very nice great staff very helpful and friendly., there was an issue with our unit we had large fans and a humidifier do to water leak for 2 nights , these things do happen and staff did offer to split our stay between rooms but we didn’t want to waste vacation time moving in the middle of our stay. They said we would be compensated as of this time that hasn’t happened. We checked in on the 23 out on the 30 so it may still happen. I’m waiting to see still. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. No one checked the pillow in the closet it had a blood stain on the case and the small pan had thick egg crust on it I had to wash out after soaking overnight and the first two coffee cups I pulled out had been put away dirty. They were not stained because when I washed them they came clean. I took paper goods luckily so I only had to pre wash cups and pans. Overall the condo was priced accordingly and pretty much what we expected. My only suggestion would be that housekeeping checks the cleanliness of things better. And maybe a more comfortable bed.
