Diese Eckwohnung in der 14. Etage befindet sich direkt am Strand und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko vom Balkon auf der Strandseite sowie einen Blick auf die Stadt Orange Beach vom Balkon auf der Straßenseite. Von dieser hohen Ebene aus haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick und können Delfine beim Spielen beobachten oder herrliche Sonnenauf- und -untergänge auf Ihrem privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Phoenix 1-Pool und den Kinderpool genießen.

Die geräumige, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft bietet Platz für 12 Personen und verfügt über 3B / 2B, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Granitoberflächen und einen großen Wohn- / Küchenbereich. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das 2. Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten, das 3. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Doppelbetten, das Sofa öffnet sich zu einem Queensize-Bett und 2 Schlafsessel im Wohnzimmer öffnen sich zu zwei Einzelbetten - viel Platz für Familien und Freunde, um sich an Treffen zu erfreuen und gleichzeitig persönlichen Raum zu haben.

Das Gebäude mit geringer Dichte und nur 100 Einheiten ist perfekt für ältere Paare sowie Familien. Es liegt in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Great location, family friendly (our little ones especially loved the splash pad). Nice condo plenty of room for 12 people. The only complaint we had was the floors were dirty, we actually had to sweep as soon as we got there.

Excellent property and overall a pleasant experience

Loved the overall experience of staying at the vacation home. Was 1000 times better than staying than any hotel. We cooked food, ate, drink all while looking at the sea and talking to friends. View from the apartment was excellent and would definitely like to come again here

Relaxing Getaway

Absolute breathtaking views. Very spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The decor was beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds in all rooms. Beautiful pool, and the hot tub was amazing. The condo was very clean.

Beautiful condo, great view!

We had 5 of us stay in the 3 bed 2 bath rental. We had plenty of room. The pool and beach were a short elevator ride down and a few steps away! The place was very clean, service was good, and the amenities are great. We loved our stay.

Clean,friendly staff, great location

This property was everything we needed to complete our family vacation. They had games for the kids,Plenty of cooking utensils for us to cook. Wifi worked everything was awesome and working properly. This unit was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend it slept 12 of us comfortable.

Large condo for family vacay

Had a few issues but maintenance and management where on the problems immediately and got them fixed to our satisfaction. We had 5 children and 8 adults.

Wonderful view, amenities, and quality of furnishings! Great family location!

I will absolutely come stay here again! The location was perfect, the room was beautiful, and the pool was wonderful. It was a seamless check in and check out. The room was exactly as described. More than enough room for all 12 of us. If you need a large room this is absolutely your place! Great for families and those with small children. We had an age range of 60s down to age 1. There was something for everyone. Highly highly recommend.

Beach front condo Orange Beach

This was a nice condo with a great view and amenities. It does need a little updating. The cabinets and oven doors don’t shut well. The dryer screen is falling apart and you put your fingers at peril getting lint out! It is very spacious with 2 kings and 2 queen beds. I would suggest leaving a few extra kitchen towels and invest in some oven mits. The management at the front desk was very nice and the support staff very helpful.

Great location with some issue’s.

The condo was in a great location and although we had issues we still had a great time. The Keurig coffee machine was broken, so if you want coffee bring filters for the other coffee machine. The sofa bed on the large couch was broken and leaned inward at the head, so we had to shove couch cushions underneath to hold the head up. The sheets on the small pullout sofa were dirty, so we had to wash them before going to bed on our first night. The dryer didn’t do a great job drying clothes, so give yourself time for them to dry if you’re needing them for the beach. Also, the WiFi never worked. We asked for the WiFi password a couple times and couldn’t get any of the passwords working. They give you a few towels, but if you have several people you will need to bring your own. Hope this helps if you are interested in this condo.

This property had a great view of the ocean. The room was pretty clean. But if you plan to use your kitchen, take the things you need! There are no wash clause or potholders. The condo is on the 14th floor which was fine but there is also a view of everyone else’s balcony next to you and under you so there is no privacy on your balcony. So you can hear other peoples conversations and we did not like that.

Horrible Experience overall

The customer service for Phoenix 1 was horrible. We requested an early check in and they told us to come on in early and they would try and get us in early. We did not get into our room until 4:15 P.M. So we lost a whole day at the beach. The lady at the desk was very rude to my grandmother when she asked how much longer it would be on the room. They kept saying the room was being cleaned, but when we got into the room it was not very clean. Our room was broken into the second night that we were there. And then had to check out at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday. So we lost 2 full days due to the the inconvenience of this condo. I will not EVER stay at this condo again. If I could leave negative stars I would!!

Lindsey: I am sorry you felt this way about your stay here. Check in time is 4pm and you can certainly check in early if the condo is ready. Most guests who come early change into their bathing suits and enjoy the beach until they are able to check in. I apologize for any confusion. I inquired about the break-in and was told that both the rental manager and police determined there was no break-in.

Fantastic Getaway

Great condo for a well needed beach escape!!!!! Our trip was full of relaxation from the beautiful beach views and the easy access to the pool/hot tubs/ pool side BBQ availability. The condo was spacious, clean and accommodating with a fully stocked kitchen.
