Kitchen – Open kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking the pool, with a 4-seater corner table. The kitchen space is a chef's delight, with gas stove, oven/microwave combo, Pureflat 4 door smart compatible French door fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, wine cooler, dishware/flatware/glassware to accommodate up to 16 guests. Also includes a coffee pot/Keurig combo, Iced Tea maker, electric hot water pot, food processor, 2 blenders, waffle iron, hand mixer, mixing bowls, cutlery set, 20 jar spice rack, baking dishes, casserole dishes, serving dishes, pots/pans/skillets/griddle, Ninja slow cooker/pressure cooker/Dutch oven/and multicooker 8 in 1.
Each of the five bedrooms comes with a private bathroom, offering space and privacy for everyone. The beautiful master bedroom features a king sized canopy bed with new Zinus 12-inch green tea cooling memory foam mattress and waterproof mattress cover. There is private access to the pool, and glorious views out to the lagoon and pool area. The master bedroom also features two comfortable leather electric swivel recliners for enjoying the view or watching TV, a large 8 drawer dresser and an oversized 75” TV with projection arm.
The extra large master bathroom offers double, separated vanities, a lavish elevated Jacuzzi tub, oversized custom stand-up shower, and an impressively spacious closet.

The house will accommodate up to 14 people, and thanks to the family-friendly floor plan there is lots of space for the whole group to spread out and enjoy different activities throughout the home while never feeling cramped.

The long paved driveway provides two entrances and offers ample space to park a boat trailer and/or jet-ski trailer in addition to numerous vehicles. Public beach access number 23 is just .6 miles away – it is walkable, but there is also public parking available at the beach access if preferred.

*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. If this process is not acceptable, the reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment. This process protects us against last minute bookings with stolen credit cards.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the property to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
