The view was great and the condo provided the essentials. I deducted for the sheets cleanliness as I had to change to clean sheets upon arrival. At least there were extra sheets to change out. The rest of our time was perfect. During peak times, the wait on the elevators was long but that was not the fault of the condo owners.

We love the location but had issues a couple of times with the AC unit. Our last night was miserable due to this. This is NO fault to the rental company because when I text on the AC unit, but they would contact maintenance. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at Sterling Reef and they seem to still have elevator issues. We had to walk the steps at least 4 times due to one elevator being down.

Thanks for your feedback. We sent the AC company out today and did a thorough look at the system. They blew the drains out and cleaned out the AC pan.

Great weekend getaway

We traveled to Panama City Beach for a weekend stay. Location was right on the beach, very clean and had everything we needed.

On the beach!

It was a great place in the beach, very clean, easy to access. A great location that was close to everything but not in the thick of the crowd. The place was small but just what we needed for a family vacation.

Mother's Day WOW!

We had a wonderful stay!!!! My Mother had not been to Panama City in over 30 years and she was so happy...Room was fabulous. Clean and roomy....Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean...Will definitely stay again...:)

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The unit was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The unit itself could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that it was wonderful! The elevators during the busy summer season are the only downside to staying at this property. This unit was on the second floor and right at the stairwell so we parked on the top floor of the parking garage and utilized the steps the entire time. Being 7 months pregnant, that was not a fun experience but it beat having to wait 5 minutes on the elevators while it is 98 weather. Haha. The security is not very active with the pool area. This is one place that I wish the complex would have paid more attention to (even after asking the ladies in the office if they could send someone out there) there were people playing extremely vulgar music at the pool while there was tons of small children present, vaping, and bringing beverages into the pool. My husband and I both are in our 30’s and we are not prudes, but it was distasteful. Each time those guests were at the pool we ended up having to leave- I don’t think kids need to listen to rap music talking about rap*ng women and every other word was GD and the F word. Security needed to enforce the pool rules so everyone could have an enjoyable experience. Other than the elevator delays and pool issues, I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to re-booking in the future (in the off season of course)

Great time

We enjoyed at stay at the Sterling Reef. We had ac problems when we first arrived but called and they took care of it. We did have a couple of days that was pretty warm other than that the condo was nice and everything we need then some.. Great location also!! Penny Gray Woodbury Tn

Absolutely beautiful!

Our stay was the first part of April 2018. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Close access to everything. The view is breathtaking. There were 5 people that stayed very comfortably here. Everything was up to par, everything in working order. The nights on the balcony watching the sunset, watching the sunrise over the ocean... perfect. We will definitely be staying there again.

Cool spot

Cleaning CREW slipped o the ceiling fans..left over trash on blacony..dryer isn't up to full capacity and master has dust bunny party under t.v.. the unit is overall good besides chair arm ripped. Arm bands were not located only one but we didn't need it. My family enjoyed our stay. Please keep more towels for guests in the future. Decor is nicely done. Check in on guests more would give 5 stars.

Room was very clean but we only had two towels for my spouse and I and the dryer didn’t work

We had a great experience. Great location just couldn’t do any laundry because the dryer was broken. Had to use the same towel all week because they’re was only one for each person and they couldn’t be washed because the dryer didn’t work
