The garage includes an EV charger available for guest use at no additional cost—perfect for electric vehicle owners. You’ll also have access to the driveway and free street parking nearby. The home is single-level with no interior stairs, making it convenient and accessible for all guests.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may not reach 85 degrees.
