The space
The SunVilla features two houses under one fence, each with two self-contained bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. Perfectly designed for comfort and independence, each house also includes three bathrooms—two ensuite and one shared/public offering convenience for every guest. you will only be be the only guest in these two houses.

Set in a peaceful, private location just minutes from Paje’s vibrant beach, restaurants, and shops, the villa is a relaxing retreat ideal for families, groups of up to 8 people, or solo travelers looking for extra space and serenity.

AC/Ceiling Fan/Smoke alarm detector
All rooms have a Ceiling fan except for the kitchen and bathrooms. In addition to the fan, all bedrooms have also Air conditioning.

TV
We TV in the living rooms. There is smart TV and Netflix you can log in any other apps as well

There is one washing machine in this villa

Kitchen
On each house there is a fully equipped kitchen ready for use.

Water
We have raised water tank for house use, Moreover, all bathrooms have hot water.

WI-FI
We have access to internet for all of our guest.

Security
We have outdoor security cameras with an alarm and an electric fence with an alarm.


Parking
You can park your car inside the garden for free.
Guest access
Swimming Pool, Games & Garden
The entire house can be used including the garden, games, swimming pool.
There will be no other guests during the stay. Be careful on Swimming pool usage.

Here are some guiding use
No Running:Always walk around the pool. Wet surfaces are slippery, and running can lead to dangerous falls.

No Diving
Children Must Be Supervised:
Never leave children alone near the pool. An adult should always be watching closely.

No Rough Play:
Shower Before Entering:
Rinse off before swimming to help keep the pool clean and free of germs.

No Glass Containers:
Glass is not allowed. If it breaks, it can cause injuries that are hard to prevent.

No Food or Drinks in the Pool:
Keep food and drinks in the lounge area. They don’t belong in the water.

Wear Proper Swimwear:
Only swim in suitable swimsuits. Street clothes are not safe or sanitary for swimming.

Never Swim Alone:
Always swim with a buddy. It’s safer and ensures help is nearby if needed.
Other things to note
Taxi/Transfer
We can arrange a drop off to and pick up from the airport or ferry for a charge of 30-50 USD. Please let us know at least a 5 hours in advance about the if possible.

Also, for pickup from and to the beach or the shops, we recommend you take one of the motorbike taxis (boda-boda). They will bring you to or from the beach for a small charge of approx. 2,000 to 4,000 Tanzania Shillings or 1 or 2 USD. These places is in a walking distance as well if you prefer walking.
