Great trip :)

Our stay was great! Just down the street from The Hangout and souvenir shops. We would definitely recommend the restaurant next door, Bahama Bobs! It’s also just a 15 minute drive to LuLu’s and The Yard.

Great Location

Location is absolutely wonderful. Nice pool and boardwalk out to the beach. Parking was very easy. Great walking distance to numerous dining opportunities. The room itself was a little dingy... floors had some 'yuck' stuck to them in the dining area and furniture is a little worn. All in all it was a good stay though... the kids loved the bunks.

Nice for the price

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The only downside to our stay was the wait for the elevators which is pretty much the same at any condos in the area. Very satisfied with our stay. Hope to be back next year !

Review of condo

The condo was nice and the oceanview was awesome, but I walked into the bathroom and I noticed there was a dirty used facecloth handing on the shower rod. I called the front desk to see if housekeeping was coming the next day and she told me that since it was the weekend and Memorial Day weekend that the rooms that had been checked out of would be cleaned first and the rest of the rooms would get a spot clean, if needed. She set up a time for housekeeping to come by the next morning at 9:00am. No one came. I called later that morning and was told that they would get the message to housekeeping. They finally came when I was out of the room. The lights were left on and the trash was emptied but the facecloth was still handing in the bathroom. It was just 1 facecloth but it was still disgusting. There were also hairs on the shower walls. Although the condo was nice and I did enjoy my stay otherwise, I will not be staying in any other hotel or condo with this company.

Below Average Experience

The only reason I gave the rating 2 star is because the overall location and condo view was pretty good. We arrived 2 hours before check in and the lady at the office onsite was very rude and told me my room would not be available until 4. We were told when we called there was no guarantee of an early check in but if room was ready we could check in. There was a shift change and the lady I originally spoke to left and a man took over office check in. I sat and waited in the office while he check others in. He finally approached me to ask what I was waiting on. The lady that left never told him why I was in there waiting. He apologized and said my room was ready and check me in. The next day I was returning to the room from the beach and the condo door was wide open. I was shocked when I entered to find maintenance man working on the bathroom. We were not given any notice someone would be in the room working and our wallets were left out on the kitchen countertop with the door to condo open. Nothing was taken however we felt that we should have been notified that someone was coming in to do maintenance during our stay. I would recommend using another property snd avoid this one.

Great place to stay in Gulf Shores!

The property was nicely kept and clean. Staff was great communicating with us since we were late checking in because of traffic. Great views and great location. Will stay again!
