There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes.

We allow a maximum of 10 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 10 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests.

The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the VRBO App
