Bright Brewster Beach House Short Walk to Beaches

This beach inspired home has modern and bright decor, a large deck and fire pit... less than a mile to bay beaches. The house is ideal for a family get-away and a perfect location to experience quintessential Cape Cod and its one-of- a-kind bay beaches. It's centrally located, and is walking distance to Town Hall and Brewster General Store. It's just a short drive to Brewster's best golf courses.

The space:
During the peak summer season rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday (a 7-night minimum).

There are two private bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached full bathroom as well as a sliding door with access to the wrap-around deck. Down the hall is an additional full bathroom and bedroom with another king-sized bed.

Also on the main level is a large open-concept kitchen, sitting area, and TV room. There is a built-in banquet style dining table that expands to seat up to 8 people (10 if you squeeze?!). Off the kitchen is a bright sun room to enjoy your morning coffee, or to get some work done. There is central air throughout the entire main house. There are also ceiling fans in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the sunroom.

The lower-level is the place to be on hot summer nights! It has tile floors, a full-sized murphy bed on one end and a queen bed and set of bunks on the other (twin over twin). There is a spot to lounge with a flatscreen tv and dvd player as well as a sliding door with walk-out access to the yard and a door that leads into the garage.
