This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 1 vehicle in a marked spot in front of the unit. Additional vehicles may park in any available unmarked space around the complex.

• BBQ grill is communal and shared among the complex, not private to the unit.

• Another condo is available for rent in the same complex—perfect for larger groups or added convenience.

• This unit does not come with a boat slip. Guests may call the Eleven West office at 573-374-9378 to inquire about renting a slip or trailer parking. Slips are not guaranteed and are first come, first serve.
