• Guests have full access to the entire house, with the exception of a closet that remains locked for the owner's use. Access to the property is conveniently provided via a keypad.

• Please note that the city enforces a mandatory quiet hour between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to respect the neighborhood's tranquility.
