We would like to clarify that the property does offer private, gated on-site parking, which is a valuable amenity in central Los Angeles where dedicated parking can be extremely limited. As noted in our listing, the space is best suited for standard-size vehicles, and larger vehicles may find it tight. Street parking is public, and availability as well as posted street-sweeping restrictions are outside of our control. The home is located on a usually quiet residential street in the heart of Los Angeles. As with any residential neighborhood, occasional noise from neighbors or pets can occur, but this is not typically an issue at the property. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable, thoughtfully maintained home and transparent information so guests can determine whether it is the right fit for their stay.
