It’s perfect for travelers who know what really matters: easy access to the beach, plenty of nearby attractions, and a cozy place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Lincoln City’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment are also within easy reach, so whether you're hunting for glass floats, indulging in fresh seafood, or testing your luck at the casino, you’re never far from the action.



Inside, you’ll find a well-loved, no-frills space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A place to put your feet up, recharge, and plan your next adventure. And did we mention it’s pet-friendly? Up to two of your furry family members are welcome to tag along (pet fee applies) because no one should have to miss out on the fun.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee wtih a limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 30 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
