Summary:

Along For The Tide is a top-floor condo with ocean views, a private bedroom, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It’s perfect for a weekend escape or extended coastal stay. Enjoy beach access about a block away and a game room. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome (fee applies).



The Space:

You'll absolutely love the stunning ocean views from this top-floor condo, which we've nicknamed Along For The Tide. The ocean-facing living area features a Roku television and a gas fireplace. The covered balcony will allow you to enjoy the ocean air no matter the weather. A fully stocked kitchen will allow you to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal, or if you're like me, it'll be a great place to store your leftovers because there's no way you're cooking on vacation. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, along with all the other stuff that bathrooms have. In the private bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, along with a flat screen television, and access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



When you aren't enjoying the comforts and amenities inside, take a walk down to the game room where you can challenge your friends and family to a competitive game of ping pong or just lounge and catch up on a good book. 



Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the Chinook Winds Casino, but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condos have their own private beach access just on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. The sunsets are always better at the beach, and the top-floor views this condo will provide will certainly not disappoint.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



This is a No Smoking facility; however, there is one-small designated smoking area in the parking lot.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
