Your home away from home in the highly sought after Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland, TX. Our beautiful 4 bedroom house features 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Our house is fully furnished and provides everything you need, just bring your clothes. Our tropical backyard features a relaxing pool, awesome firepit, grill, picnic table, a fridge for outdoor meals and a magnolia tree to shade you from the texas heat. Don't forget your fur babies! We have beds, crates and dishes for their pampering too :)

We are located less than 2 miles from local shopping and dining at the Pearland Town Square and less than 20 miles from attractions like Hermann Park, Houston Zoo and the Children's Museum.

Please be advised, our garage, master closet and 2nd office space will be off limits during your stay.

For security purposes, the home is monitored by ADT Security and will have cameras in the outdoor areas.

Other things to note:
Out of respect to our neighbors there will be no tolerance for parties not approved by us. If a noise complaint after quiet hours (9pm - 9am) or a party is brought to our attention you will be asked to leave without a refund. NO SMOKING in the house!! There is a $300 deep cleaning fee for smoking in the home. Please note that I offer a “starter pack” of toiletries that includes toilet paper for each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and trash bags. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible but it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. However, I do provide bath towels, sheets, and hand soap in case you do not want to pack these items.

SAFETY AND PROPERTY:
This property has a pool that may not be safe for babies or toddlers. There are edges that may cause injury if not careful. We are not responsible for any pool accidents/injuries. There are rules posted on pool use as well as emergency procedures on the pool deck that shall be followed. Although the pool area is fully fenced in, it does not have a gate directly around the pool to prevent kids/pets from going in.

Please remember, this is our primary home. We hope you treat our home as you would your own. We have put a lot of effort into making it the oasis it is so that we can share our beautiful space with others.
