Important Information for Your Stay

Temperature Settings: The thermostat is preset to 70°F and is locked. If you require a different temperature, please contact us prior to check-in to see if accommodations can be made.

Location: This apartment is situated in North Philadelphia. While we aim to provide a safe and peaceful environment inside, we cannot control external factors. We encourage you to research the area before booking, as we do not offer refunds based on location.

Parking: Street parking is the only option available.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for restocking consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply we provide.

ID Policy: To ensure compliance with our policy, we require valid identification for all individuals booking the accommodation.

Smart Lock Check-In: Prior to your arrival, we will provide a secure smart lock code for seamless and hassle-free access to the apartment.

Pet Policy:

A pet fee of $125 per pet applies, with an additional $125 for a second pet.
A photo of your pet and their vet records are required.
Only dogs are permitted for long-term stays, while cats are welcome for stays under three months.
Extra Linens: Extra linens, including those for sofa beds or air mattresses, are only provided if requested before arrival.
