• No smoking ($500 smoking fee applies)
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM   – Any damages will be charged separately • Maximum of 4 guests only
  – Exceeding 4 guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and vacating of the unit during the stay

• Any stolen or missing items will be charged to the guest at replacement cost

• Left-behind items
  – The host is not responsible for personal items left behind
  – Guests must contact the host within 24 hours of checkout
  – Items not claimed or arrangements not made will be discarded
