*Please note, another dog lives on the property. There is a gate that will separate the two but if you have an aggressive or territorial dog, this probably isn`t a good fit*

Arrival, Access, and Parking:

Accessing the Property – Full flight of stairs from ground level to front door

Parking – 1 space allotted. Additional parking on street during the summer months. No trailers allowed in driveway per HOA bylaws.

Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions .
