Cozy Condo Close to Everything

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. No need to drive anywhere if you don't want to with a bus stop for the free city bus at the edge of the property. This bus will take you to the resort as well as downtown. Shopping and a great restaurant are easy walking distance and in the summer, the core path that runs by the river through town is nearby. The condo is a ground floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a patio off the back that faces a grassy area with the hot tub in it. The condo itself is comfortably furnished with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people but would be most comfortable for two. There is a full kitchen that is well outfitted for cooking and eating in if you like. The gas fireplace in the living room keeps the place warm and a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom make this a great place to cozy up on a cold winter night.
