Step into lakefront living at its finest! Sunset Cove is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront retreat designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and making lifelong memories. The home is nestled on Pine River Pond, a private, spring-fed lake not open to the public—offering peace, privacy, and pristine water.

• Primary Suite Guest Room 1: King bed + full bath (tub/shower)
• Guest Room 2: King Bed
• Guest Room 3: Triple Bunk w/ 3 Twin Beds, and 1 seperate Twin Bed
• Guest Room 4: Downstairs w/ private entrance and a Queen bed.

This setup is ideal for six adults and up to four children. The max adults for this home is 8.

You’ll have private access to the home, dock, 101' Water Frontage, and the yard. Kayaks, paddleboards, paddle boat, life vests firepit, grill, all included. Smart lock entry for easy self check-in. The 3rd floor of home is off limits as it is used for storage. Also, the garage and land up on hill behind property is off limits as well.

⚠️ Other Things to Note

• 🏡 The main level of the home is on the second floor so there are steps to climb. There is an entrance at back of house where there are only a couple of stairs if easier for mobility issues. Downstairs is the other living room, and a private bedroom suite w/ separate entrance & Queen bed.
• ⚠️ There is a small dirt road between driveway and our water frontage. Only few cars drive down daily.
• 🐶 Dog policy: well-behaved, pre-approved only
• 🔇 Noise monitors in and outside to preserve neighborhood peace
• 📷 Exterior cameras in place for security and insurance purposes. No interior cameras on premise.
