Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and regret that the apartment did not meet your expectations upon arrival. Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and while we immediately offered to send our cleaning team to address your concerns, we understand that you chose not to stay. Regarding your refund request, this was processed through the booking platform’s resolution system in line with their policies. As for the earplugs, they are provided proactively for guests as a courtesy, given that the apartment is in a lively, central location.
