The main living area, located just off the kitchen, features two recliners, a reclining loveseat, and a fireplace, all set against a backdrop of panoramic lake views. This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo plus a convenient half bathroom located just off the main living room.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Two sets of washers and dryers in home.

• Please note, while the property does offer a private dock for guest use, the owner's boat will occupy one of the two boat slip for the duration of all guest stays. Guests can still utilize the second 10X24 boat slip.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and additional street parking for 2 vehicles is available.

• This home is equipped with an alarm system with four (4) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the parking area and main entrance,

o (2) located at the exterior corner of the home and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located at the exterior corner of the home and actively monitoring the dock,

o (4) located at the exterior corner of the home and actively monitoring the well side of the home.
