Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home including the backyard, pool, garage, and dock area. Please request before parking any boats. The owner will use the boat dock and driveway occasionally (he has a boat). The owner reserves the right to use the boat dock during the course of a stay, though the rest of the rental will remain private.
The Neighborhood:
Our road is a quiet, residential stretch with nice waterside homes. We're just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don Cesare and it's beach area, with tennis courts & a playground in between.
Getting Around:
Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance! Free parking off-road if you'd like to bring your car so you can drive around!

This home is professionally managed by Tampa Vacation Collection, a luxury asset management company. We're available 24/7 with live guest support and to provide emergency maintenance!
Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement and copy of a legal ID. To book this rental, you must be at least 18 years of age. Length of stay ranges from 30 days minimum to 6 months maximum. We are not available during the summer months.

Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. 🔥 Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. 🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.

The home and backyard are entirely private. The owner will occasionally use the dock across the road for his boat. He may also park in the road. He will not ever access the rental during the course of your stay.
