Welcome to Cypress Cove, your own little slice of Arroyo Grande Heaven! This 2 bed/2.5 bath home is a luxurious retreat inside of the Cypress Ridge community. Cypress Cove features cozy bedrooms, tons of natural light, and is centrally located. You are mins away from Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, and are centrally located between SLO and Santa Maria colleges and hospitals. You are a straight shot to VSFB as well! This home is perfect for families or a group of traveling professionals.



The Space:

As you move through the home, you’ll find inviting bedrooms with plush mattresses and large closets for your belongings, a fully stocked kitchen, two dedicated workspaces, as well as carefully curated decor adding to the overall charm of the space. Each area was designed to make you feel right at home!



You'll swoon over the inviting living room featuring a beautiful view of the backyard, comfortable couches, and Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, like pots/pans, dinnerware, glassware, coffee machine, etc. allowing you the space to whip up your favorite meals. Starter toiletries are provided, as well as a full service laundry room with a washer dryer, and lots of cabinet space.



The backyard is your oasis! Enjoy the relaxing hot tub, lounge by the fire pit, meditate by the pond, or grill up dinner on the propane BBQ! Friendly frogs ribbit at night, adding to the overall ambience of the space!

Guest Access:

You will have access to the 2 bed/2.5 bath home, the backyard, and the garage. Please note that there is a casita studio at the front of the home that will be vacant and locked. The owners may stay a weekend once in a blue moon, but they have a completely separate entrance and the unit is separate from the house, locked via 2 locks on either side of the shared door.



The Neighborhood:

Cypress Cove is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only a few minutes from the 101. Nearby you will find Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, French Medical Center, Sierra Vista Medical Center, Alan Hancock College, Marian Regional Medical Center, and you are straight shot to VSFB.



You are close to the beach, breweries, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home is located right on the golf course so please be wary of stray golf balls!



Getting Around:

It is easy to get around by car. Rideshare options and public transportation are both available.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, and starter toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a two car garage (e/ EV charger) and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

The backyard is completely enclosed for our furry friends. Please note that the back yard is directly next to the fairway. Golf balls are known to find their way into the yard. Please be alert when outside!



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and there is a queen size pullout couch in the living room. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. There is a water filtration system in place for the whole house. Filtered water is available from all taps and the fridge!



LAUNDRY:

There is a laundry equipped with a washer, dryer, and plenty of storage space.



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house and on the left side of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the main home you will be staying in.



RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOA COMPLIANCE:

A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking. HOA Rules must be followed. Each guest will be required to provide HOA requested information.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
