We invite you to our warm relaxing fun-filled home conveniently located just minutes away from local food and a truly amazing variety of activities. This is our home of 27 years, filled with many treasures (500+ movies & 100's of books) that we hope you will enjoy. Staying here is like staying with a friend in their much loved home, and we'll welcome you with open arms.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, with 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 single beds. Sleeps 10 easily. We also offer use of two folding mattresses for $40 per night each.

We hope you enjoy the Organic sheets, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified pillows, blankets, towels, bathmats, Avalon Organics bath products and all natural scent free cleaning products and hand soap that we provide for you.

BACKYARD, DECK & PATIO (fully fenced area for your use only)
A sliding door in the living area opens onto the back deck and patio, featuring a covered dining area with a table that seats 10+, a sunny patio table w/umbrella (seats 4), sunny deck table (seats 2), sunny lounge chairs (2), umbrella, shaded spectator chairs (4), full size table tennis setup & badminton. One flip of the switch lights the entire area with string lighting, adding a little magic as you relax in the evening.

FRONT YARD (1/2 acre)
If you need a little space during your stay, you can slip out onto the front porch and enjoy WIFI access and a dining table that seats 4. The front yard is also great for kicking the soccer ball around or watching the kids run and play.

INDOOR GROUND FLOOR (step-free entrance with ramps into the house, deck, and patio)

EXPANSIVE KITCHEN
Cooks will love preparing gourmet meals in our expansive chef's kitchen, featuring a KitchenAid double oven and gas cooktop, a large island, All-Clad & HexClad cookware, full set of knives, drip carafe & single serve coffee maker, large microwave, Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, air pop popcorn maker, high performance blender for group and single serve smoothies, panini press, Instant Pot, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, a kitchen table for 6 and 2 island barstools. You can even get groceries delivered right to the door.

~The dining room easily seats 10. Great for dining and playing games.
~The living room has a sofa, loveseat and chair, 40" smart tv, & stereo.
~The movie room / bedroom has a sofa, chair, queen murphy bed, 58" HD TV with surround sound and more than 500 DVD movies.
~ Large bedroom w/4 poster queen bed, dressers, clothes closet & linen closet with extra blankets, quilts & pillows.
~ Large bath with a dual shower, 2 sinks, and a fantastic 4' x 6' heated jetted tub with temperature control.
~Two 1/2 baths.
~A laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board with laundry & cleaning products.

THE UPSTAIRS
~Two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and twin bed, dressers, closet space for hanging and folded clothes, extra bedding, and a chair, sofa, & foosball.
~Another full bath with oversized shower/tub, and a two sink vanity.
~Towels, washcloths, bathmats, and toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have full access to the home with the exception of a few closets & cabinets. You'll have ample closet space and dressers for your use in each bedroom. (guest access does not include the private apartment above the garage, The tenant has a private entry and will not interfere with your stay in any way. There is no shared space with the tenant.)

THINGS TO NOTE
We hope you enjoy our super selection of 500+ movie DVDs and many leather bound books scattered throughout the house, along with cozy throws and hand-made quilts for snuggling up and keeping warm.

Along with many of our personal treasures, you'll find evidence of people living here. The carpet is high quality and super clean but does show signs of wear in high traffic areas. Rest assured, everything is professionally cleaned before your stay but you might find some minor hard water buildup here and there.

So, if it's important to you to have everything look like it's never been used, our wonderfully warm much loved farmhouse style home might not be for you.

However, if you want to feel like you've walked into a friends home with an atmosphere of warmth and comfort, we hope to see you soon!

We've tried to think of everything you might need for your stay with your family and friends but if you think of something you would like that is not listed, please let me know and we'll try to get it for you.

GUESTS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Although loud parties are always prohibited, many of our guests are visiting from out of town for a wedding or special event where they are meeting friends and family that live nearby.

You are welcome to invite them for a non-overnight visit and we trust you will keep the noise down and that you will leave everything nice and tidy. Our septic system limits house capacity to 14 total.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Although we are a pet free home, service animals who have been trained in a specific task are always welcome. If you will be bringing a service animal, please let us know in advance and be prepared to answer a few questions about their size, breeding, and special task training as a service animal. NOTE: It’s important to understand that you may never leave your animal alone on the property, even if crated, for even the shortest amount of time.
