AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old.

TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels

OUTDOOR POOL: is generally opened from memorial day to labor day, but its hour of operations are controlled by The Atlantis. We cannot be responsible for unexpected closures; however, we will make every effort to communicate any changes to you asap that we are aware of.

PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.

PARKING/REGISTRATION FEE: A one- time $65 amenities fee is due to the Atlantis security desk upon checkin. This fee includes ONE parking space. A second space can be purchased for $10 per night pending availability. There is also a city public lot across the street for $10 a day or $50 per week.

--RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, AND VERIFICATION REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code. In addition, $250 security hold must be completed via secure ownerrez link.

--UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Atlantis Mangement or property manager/owner reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given.

-NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.

-SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for stays beyond 3 days

DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.

Sonny Stays can not be held responsible for possible typographical errors; omissions; price changes; changes in taxes; changes to Terms and Conditions; or changes made by vacation homeowners in furnishings, equipment, or bed arrangements. Vacation homes are privately owned and changes may be made to homes or their contents.
