Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Es gibt auch einen privaten Zugang zum Balkon von diesem Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, und es ist ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für zusätzliche Schlafplätze.

No check in needed. They message with the door code the day beforehand and you just have to show up. Just text checkout on your way out. Super easy. Beautiful place, right on the beach. Close to lots of food and shops. Publix right down the street. Comfy clean beds. Only issues there was a couple spots on the bathroom wall that didn't get cleaned from a previous guest, frying pan handle is very loose and art in the dinning room had come off the wall and was just leaning against the wall. We had a great time

Clean and great location

The location and the view were great. The unit was very clean, though tired. The bed in the MB was comfortable. The building was built in 1985 and is showing its age. The kitchen and floors have been updated, but that is about it. The sofa and chair in the living room were terrible; once you sat down, you could not get up We moved the chair in the MB to the living room to sit on. Some of the door knobs were about to fall off, the light switches in the bathrooms did not work all the time, the handles on the fawcetrs in the bathrooms were loose. My biggest complaint is that the toilets were very low and, for a 6'3' person, they were very hard to get up from. The unit needs a lot of tender loving care and brought up to the 21st century. The bathtubs/showers need grab bars.

When we got to the condo, there was a strong odor of some sort of chemical. We stayed in the condo for about 10 minutes, and I had a headache and had to go outside. We went downstairs and called the liquid life number and spoke to whomever answered and made them aware of what we encountered and asked if there was another unit we could be moved to. She said there wasn't anything she could do. She said we had been sent an email concerning the balcony work being done and by not responding to the email we had agreed to the construction. i stressed that i was ok with the construction but it wasn't healthy to breathe in those chemicals. She insisted since we didn't reply to the email they sent, we had agreed to the terms. We left and went and got a hotel room for the night and I went back to the condo the next morning to see if the smell was any better. it was some better but still to strong to be able to stay, I open the two windows and turned on both bathroom fans and the ceiling fans to try and get the smell out. We came back about an hour and half later after we checked out of the hotel and the smell was worse and there were some men working on the balcony of the condo. We didn't have a choice but to leave because having talked to Liquid Life the day before we knew they would not help. We spent a total of 20 minutes in the condo and couldn't stand the smell. We were very disappointed as we love the condo and the way it was laid out. Will not stay anywhere liquid life managed.

We were not happy....the floors were so dirty our feet were black...There were construction people on our balcony outside painting and the fumes were so strong we had to leaveAnd go to my daughters condo for the day.The paint in the master bathroom is peeling on the ceiings.We could not use the window or the balcony to enjoy the the beach and the water which is why we came there in the first place. I think a curtesy call would have been better than much better than a text message which i did not seeMore than a month ago. All in all i give it a 3 out of 10

Absolutely beautiful, clean condo! Kitchen was very well stocked with anything and then some of what I would have expected. We do a girls trip every year to different locations and this was by far the best! Weather was not good but …. Not their fault!

Summer vacation

We enjoyed our time at the beach. My son and his wife took in more of the beach than my wife and I. The weather was cooperative most of the time with the occasional shower. You can’t go the beach without eating seafood which was tasty as usual. All in all our vacation was very relaxing.

Easy check in. Door code all that was needed. Excellent view. Spaces between balcony railing to wide. 1 1/2 year olds head could fit thru. Didn't spend lot of time on balcony because of this. Everthing very clean except the kitchen. Roaches on stove and kitchen counters. Enjoyed stay.

Disappointed

My husband and I have stayed in many VRBOs. We make our selections based on previous reviews and pictures of the property. We arrived at the condo and found the door to one of the bathrooms locked. We reported it and after several calls and texts it was unlocked. The bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, which required more calls and texts. We found the patio also uncleaned and had to clean the tables before we could sit outside. There were bugs around the sink and in the dishwasher. This was reported. We asked on several occasions for a call from a supervisor but only got generic texts. The sofa and living room furniture needs some attention. It has been well used and is sagging and worn. The pros of this condo are that it is in a great location, close to the beach. The master bathroom is very nice. Appliances look new and are in good shape. All in all this condo is probably good for a busy family with children, but it needs some TLC and the cleanliness issues should be addressed. .
