Chill out in the pool, use our 2 huge stand-up paddle boards (ask us how), relax in the hot tub, sun bathe on the expansive deck, grill on the private porch, roast marshmallows over the fire table, fish off the end of the dock, or arrange to charter our brand new 24' Malibu wake surfing boat for an unbeatable day of wake boarding, surfing, tubing, cruising, partying, or lunch/dinner runs on the lake.

Comfortably furnished with 3 new memory foam king beds (plus futon, queen blow-up bed w/ memory foam topper, & couch), all new furniture, LED smart TV's, smart blinds, and new stainless appliances. Has new in-unit front loading washer/dryer.

Private car port w/ 2 parking spaces (front to back), and lots of extra parking in the lot. Guests have full access to the property including both of our private wrap-around patios (upper one has complete privacy for sun bathing), as well as the deck, pool, hot tub, dock, and lake via our private spiral staircase.

Pets are allowed with permission and $150 pet cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
