House Rules for a Peaceful and Enjoyable Stay

We’re happy to host you and kindly ask that you review the following guidelines to help ensure a smooth and relaxing stay:

~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Please do not put cigarettes out on the concrete, furniture, or any part of the structure. Dispose of cigarette butts properly to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
~ No pets allowed. To keep the home comfortable for all guests, pets are not permitted. An unauthorized pet will result in a $250 fee.
~ No parties or large events. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are also not permitted.
~ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors during this time.
~ Please do not move any furniture during your stay.
~ The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
~ Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please notify us if something is accidentally damaged.

~ We provide full professional cleaning between each stay, and we kindly ask guests to help with a few quick checkout steps:
* Load and start the dishwasher
* Strip used beds and place sheets in the washing machine (please do not wash towels with sheets)
* Place used towels in baskets or beside the washer
* Remove any leftover food or trash and place in the outdoor bin
* Turn off lights and lock all doors on your way out
~ Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
