Wonderful anniversary trip!

This property was the perfect spot for a weekend anniversary trip! The coastal, beachy furniture and paint colors were so inviting and relaxing, and it was extremely clean and updated. Island Realty was in communication via text and email throughout our stay in case we needed something. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! We highly recommend this condo and would love to return one day

The condo is located in the Wild Dunes resort which offers the convenience of restaurants and places to purchase necessities on site. We used the Island Realty concierge service to rent bikes for the week, and the service was great. The Island Realty team is professional and very helpful. We would definitely rent this unit again.

It was in a quiet location with a nice beach and access to a good-sized pool. The bedroom had plenty of closet space, two large dressers, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. If the weather would have been cooler, we would have used the screened-in porch more. The beach chairs were a pleasant bonus as well. Island Realty’s communications were excellent! We enjoyed our time in Isle of Palms immensely.

Great place to stay

The condo was great in a great location. The pool directly behind the porch was not ours to use. We did need to go to the one on the other side of the building . It definitely wasn’t far, we just weren’t aware when we looked at the online pictures. Perfect short walk to the beach. The house was so cute and decorated so nicely. It definitely was a beach house. The house had so much we didn’t need anything extra. There was a sign that said extra towels and sheets were in a drawer but there were none. Still ok though because the washer helps with that! They provided a vacuum that was so easy to use and charge we cleaned up the house everyday! That was a big deal for me :) They provided 4 beach chairs and 1 higher like chair to use for the beach. That was HUGE! Thank you for that. Loved the open deck and the furniture there. The rental team was ok- I didn’t have to deal with them too much. The only thing we didn’t care for was the check in time. It wasn’t specific. It said you can check in anywhere from 4 to 530. Which made us believe as of four we will be good to go. We drove for 10 hours to get there, wanted to check in at 4. However, our place was not ready yet. They said their window is 4 to 530. With no definite time. We were very lucky though that by the time we left the rental office and drove towards the condo. The place was ready at that time. So, it was ready between 430 and 445. Even so, we would recommend this place again! We loved our vacation.
