Perfect location!

We loved the patio, view, and access to the park, where we played a ton of pickleball.Pool and BBQ area was refreshed and clean. New washer dryer was great, along with the fridge but other appliances could use an upgrade. All in all a great value!

This place truly lives up to its name—Maui True Paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unobstructed oceanfront views—absolutely breathtaking.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the A/C worked great when we needed it (though the ocean breeze usually did the trick!).The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Napili. There’s even a small beach right out front.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything incredibly easy. You can tell they take pride in providing a top-notch experience.Highly recommend!

Great property overlooking the water

Property is exactly as advertised (the lead photo is the same view we enjoyed every day). I am so glad we chose this complex and not one of those across the road from the beach, as seeing whales from our patio, watching the sun set, etc. really added to the experience.We talked to other guests who say they have been coming to this resort for decades and would not go anywhere else!.

Amazing Location and Views

This was my very first vrbo rental and I was very skeptical. It was AMAZING. The realtor was very communicative at every step of the way and answered all my questions prior to renting and was very quick to resolve any issues once we got there. The home is so wonderful - you lay in bed and see the ocean from the master and living room. Having such a large room was wonderful with 2 beds and 2 baths. The one room had twin beds so each of my adult kids had their own bed and I got the master lol! They had great a/c and fans in every room. The only thing I didn't find was any sugar (lol) - but everything else was there including an ice-maker! I will definitely rent again!

Nice little condo and fantastic location!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks and were pleased. The condo was pretty clean and well stocked with kitchen cookware, plate ware, and utensils. Everything worked and we had no reason to contact the host. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and had plenty of towels and a few other toiletries available for use. There was plenty of beach equipment and toys stocked in the unit as well. We went to Safeway, a few minutes drive, and bought some food and other things we wanted for our stay. The sunset views from the lanai are fantastic and the park behind the unit is very nice. Beach access is easy and you can stroll for a ways in both directions. Swimming at this beach is not great as the water is murky and increases the chances for unwanted shark encounters but there are plenty of public beaches with clearer water a short drive down the road from the unit. At sunset, walking the beach to the south you can encounter sea turtles coming in for the evening. This unit's central location on the island was perfect for us. We were 15-20 minutes from the airport and Kahului and some big box stores. 25-30 minutes from the west side towns or up country. There are a number of restaurants, food trucks, resorts, and beaches within a 5-15 minute drive south on Kihei Road. The complex this condo is in is well maintained and the central pool, hot tub, and grills were very nice. The unit's AC functioned well and was much appreciated on some of the more humid days! If the trade winds are blowing you can open the front door of the unit, keep the screen door closed, and open the sliding glass door at the rear and you get a fantastic breeze blowing through to cool things down. We really enjoyed our visit to Maui and this condo gave us an excellent and comfortable base to plan our daily adventures from!

Great place and location

The property is wonderful and in an excellent location, steps from the beach. Just sitting on the lanai watching the ocean is heavenly. It is centrally located, clean and the property manager is extremely responsive. We have stayed here before and would again.

Great location!!

Property has a great setting with large lawn and beach right out the door. Unit had all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. Furnishing are serviceable but a little worn and unit could use some more light, maybe just higher output light bulbs. New LED bulbs put out lots of light and use less power than the cfl's in the unit. We appreciate the property manager's clear communication and instructions. Overall, a good experience.

Everything you need for a great vacation

My family and I were impressed with all this unit had to offer. Great ocean views and easy access to water. Pool was fabulous and grounds clean and well groomed each day. You will need to bring little as unit has everything for beach enjoyment including small cooler and beach umbrella. Many close by restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and shower roomy. Short 30 minute drive from airport and short drive to nearby beaches and towns made this a perfect location for my family. I would certainly stay in this unit again. Hurlock family

Great place!

Stayed for a few days! Loved the park area directly in front of the patio. Unit comes with all kinds of beach equipment and pickle ball equipment to enjoy the facilities. If you want to go on a snorkel adventure, book days in advance and try for the mornings. The winds pick up around late morning. Unit was clean, well stocked, conveniently located. Great place to stay. Manager easy to work with and very responsive to any questions.

Second time in condo

We had such a great time in this super condo two years ago that we came back again. Our boys are two years older (3 and 5 years) and the condo is perfect for our family of four. There are lots of beach toys for the boys and the place is well-stocked with all the basics (condiments, toilet paper, etc.) It was so nice to have the washer and dryer in the condo. Also being on the ground floor facing the ocean is a wonderful bonus. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and outdoor barbecue. Malinee is so easy to deal with - when we had trouble with the entry code, she had it solved within a few minutes. Definitely our place to stay when we come back a third time!

We were very happy with our stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the view of the ocean from the unit. Check-in was super easy. Nice place and great location

We loved he location on the island, central and close to many things to do. Nice condo, well equipped, with AC which is a huge plus. The beach in the fron is nice but not the best. It a sandy beach with lots of rock in it and very narrow, but excellent for a child to play at it for a walk. The manager is very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend the place and would stay there again. We had our 3 year old with us and the first floor location was super convenient.

Luana Kai Resort in Kiehei, Maui

Condo has a great location, close to the beach for walking, convenient for shopping, and dining out. Out door pool, whirlpool, gas barbeque and outdoor tables were clean and greatly appreciated. Gas tiki torches around the premises added a very nice touch at night. Fellow travelers were pleasant. Malinee Kruasing was an excellent agent, answering all of our questions in a timely manner with a positive attitude.
