Hemlock trees grow in the understory, they don't need center stage to thrive. This lower-floor one-bedroom has that same quality: a little quieter, a little tucked in, and surprisingly versatile for small groups that need a bit more sleeping room without the price tag of a larger unit.

THE SPACE

A private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a well-maintained layout that's easy to settle into. For guests who need a little extra room, an air mattress is available, bringing the unit to four guests comfortably. Not a suite, but a genuinely comfortable unit in a remodeled building that values function and character in equal measure.

OUTDOOR + COMMUNAL SPACES

Hemlock guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. A great way to grill out and enjoy some in-town leisure right outside your door.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

On the lower level of the Timberline Collection, steps from the TART Trail and a short walk to The Filling Station, Raduno, and the rest of what makes this part of TC worth staying in. A nightclub operates behind the building in the evenings. Lower-floor units tend to be a touch more buffered from the sound, and the sound machine in each unit handles the rest. Still worth knowing ahead of time.

Elevated Homes & Hospitality requires a 14 day refresh for any guest staying longer than 30 days with us. This wonderful service provides you with a fresh linen exchange, amenity restocking and a light clean to freshen up the home. Please note there will be an additional fee for this amenity.

*Failure to return key upon check-out will result in a $200 replacement fee
