Sunny 3-bed, 2-bath, with saline heated pool on a quiet street, in a central area of Springs. Lovely wrap-around outdoor deck, and a gorgeous sunroom for sunrises or night sky watching.
Walk or bike a short distance to local amenities (S&S Corner Store, small supermarket, wine store, farmers market and more). Short bike ride to Maidstone Park Beach with beautiful sunsets (15 mins walk) and harbor restaurants. 10 mins drive to East Hampton and Amagansett villages / train stations and beaches. The space
The house, originally built in the 1980s and renovated over the years, is about 1,600 sf split into 2 floors. On the ground floor you find the kitchen, living and dining area with an adjacent sun room, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two large doors open onto a wrap around deck with bbq, and plenty of outdoor furniture to relax.

A third bedroom is on the second floor with a private bathroom, a separate deck and plenty of closet space. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably. Additional guests are welcome upon request.
A/C throughout the house, extra linens and beach towels as well as two bicycles for trips to nearby beaches, stores, the farmers market and local art organizations.

All appliances are new. Laundry and dryer in the basement.

The saltwater pool will be opened mid-May to mid-October with lounge chairs and pool toys.
