The Space:

Morning light reflects off the water as you step outside with a coffee in hand, the sound of waves setting an easy rhythm for the day. Afternoons flow between the pool and the shoreline, while evenings invite relaxed meals and quiet moments outdoors in the warm coastal air.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 baths. The single level layout - with no stairs in the home - makes it easy to move comfortably throughout the space. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided to help you settle in.



Outdoor living

Life here extends naturally outdoors. Spend time at the outdoor pool or head down for beach access just steps away. Your private patio or balcony offers a place to unwind, while the backyard, outdoor furniture, hammock, and outdoor dining area create space for relaxed afternoons and evening meals. A BBQ grill is available, along with beach essentials, bikes, and a kayak for enjoying time by the water.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything needed for everyday cooking, with a dining table for shared meals and casual gatherings. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, the space supports easy, comfortable dining.



Comfort & essentials

Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable, while an in-unit washer adds convenience for both short and extended stays. Bathroom essentials are included, along with a safe, room-darkening shades, and storage space.



Work & connectivity

Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to stay connected or work remotely when needed.



Building & shared amenities

Set within Punta Esmeralda, guests have access to resort facilities, a shared gym, elevator access, and free parking garage on premises, along with free street parking. A private entrance allows for easy access in and out of the home.



Neighborhood

Located along the Riviera Nayarit coastline, Cruz de Huanacaxtle offers a relaxed setting with access to the beach and a warm, tropical climate year-round. Days here move at a slower pace, centered around the water, open air, and time spent outdoors.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.



Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.

-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
