The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms - a layout that works well for families, friend groups, or colleagues sharing a trip. Inside, you'll find bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage already in place so settling in takes no time at all. Room-darkening shades make it easy to rest well regardless of when the day ends, and the TV gives you a comfortable way to wind down after time out in the city.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and an additional stove giving you plenty of room to work. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, and a coffee maker are all on hand. Whether you're pulling together a quick breakfast before heading out or sitting down to a longer meal together, the dining table is a natural gathering point - and there's even coffee waiting for you.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.
