Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to 4 guests, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom includes clothing storage and bedroom essentials, creating a practical and restful setup for both short visits and longer stays. With two full bathrooms and hot water, mornings move easily without waiting your turn.



Living space

Set within an elevator building, this single level home offers ease from arrival to departure with no stairs in the unit. A private entrance and self check-in with keypad give you flexibility throughout your stay. Inside, you can relax with the TV, stay productive at the dedicated workspace with Wifi, or simply enjoy the city skyline view. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable at any time of day.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen allows you to prepare meals on your own schedule, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a quiet evening in. A dining table creates a simple space to gather between outings, making it easy to settle into your routine while away.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.
