A boat slip is included at this fantastic rental for boats no larger than 12' x 35'. Across the street, treat yourself to free live music and entertainment at the restaurants and bars. Must-visit attractions within a short 20-mile drive include Paradise Parasail, Bear Creek Valley Golf Club, Miner Mike's, Stark Caverns, and Enchanted Village Of Lights.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. The open floor plan and expansive set of windows overlooking the lake make the perfect formula for an airy living space filled with natural light. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving cocktails at the wet bar to enjoy on one of the three semi-private large decks. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and ample cupboard room. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to manage their own properties smoothly and efficiently.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Cameras are by the entrance door and in front of unit.

Dock details: Private boat slip for 10 wide and up to 30 feet boat



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
