Great experience. One room is only accessible through another room, which wasn't an issue for us but could be for some. The 4th room is a converted master closet (which we didn't use, so same comment about access through the master bedroom). Spacious overall, and well stocked kitchen

It was all great except for the unexpected limitation of only 8 people per condo unit allowed at the Clubhouse. No where did I see any warning of that limitation in advance, and it was very inconvenient.

This condo was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was very clean, well stocked with essentials. Everything you would ever need for cooking your meals (important to us because we do a lot of cooking when we are traveling). The beds were very comfortable! The TV's had access to Netflix and Youtube TV if you have an account, which we do, so we were able to access them, which was great! Just remember the volume on the remote is on the side, lol. Also, it was very quiet. We had no issues with noisy neighbors. The back balcony looks right out on the main pool and clubhouse, never had any noise problems.The grounds were very nice! We enjoyed the Adult hot tub and the shuffleboard courts. A lot of fun! Kell, our host was great! She was very helpful and replied to our questions immediately. She even took the time to message us halfway through our stay to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything! Great communication, she is a gem! Thank you for such a great stay and when we come up that way again we will definitley be staying there again!

Condo was beautiful, kind of a strange layout but it worked, swimming pool was very nice, only two issues hot water in both bathrooms takes a very long time to heat up and if upstairs shower running no hot water downstairs and same if downstairs none upstairs which was inconvenient with a house full of females and we had to purchase toilet paper and garbage bags.

I'm glad you thought the condo was beautiful and loved the pool! Thank you for being such great guests! We haven't had any issues with the hot water before, so I will look into it and see what can be done. And I'm very sorry you did not have enough supplies. It is typical for Air Bnbs to have only enough supplies to get you started, but I prefer my guests to have everything they need, so my cleaners usually stock plenty for the whole stay. I will touch base with them and make sure adequate supplies are being re-stocked. In the future, please don't hesitate to let me know if you need anything during your stay. I would have been happy to deliver more supplies when I checked in with you mid-stay, if I knew you had run out.
