The private master bedroom is located in the left wing and includes two queen beds, a Smart Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. On the right wing, you’ll find three guest bedrooms, each with two full beds, a Roku TV, and closet space — perfect for adults, kids, or extended groups. Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful by keeping outdoor noise low after 9:00 PM.

If city officials visit the property for any reason, simply give us a call so we can assist.



🛠️ Property Care

Landscaping is performed once a month and may require brief access to the backyard.

Pool service is scheduled every Monday and Thursday through the side gate to keep the pool sparkling and ready for your enjoyment.

If anything isn't working properly, let me know—I will arrange maintenance as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.

If you're expecting packages, please schedule them to arrive during your stay. We're unable to receive, store, or forward deliveries.
