Guest access
Please, make yourself at home. Entire House is set up for guest enjoyment except: hallway closet on the 1st floor and a closet on the 2nd floor bedroom are locked for high quality housekeeping.

Also, 1 car garage is locked for homeowner storage but we still have a 2 car garage along with 3 car driveway available for guest use.
Other things to note
There are 2 security cameras in the property located in the front yard- one is monitoring the front of the garage and the other one front of the house. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a noise monitor installed. It is not recording video or audio.

We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible! These requests are subject to availability and can only be confirmed if there is no reservation before or after your stay. If you’d like to check in early or extend your departure time, feel free to reach out first, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Dogs welcome! $150 flat pet fee for entire stay (1 small dog under 15 lbs max and must be non-aggressive and house-trained). No other animals are allowed (no cats, birds, reptiles, large dogs, or aggressive dogs).

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
