Set directly on the Eagle-Vail Golf Course (Nineteenth Fairway, aka the driving range), the condo offers instant access to a range of seasonal activities. The free, local Vail and Avon bus lines are close-by, making it easy to make first chair.

The property is walking distance to an Olympic-sized community pool, 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts with daily open play. Additionally, there is a serene lake with a beach for digging in the sand, kids playground, hiking and biking trails, and that's just summer!

In the winter, the golf course becomes Nordic ski trails, the lake an ice skating rink (byo skates), and walkable to the community sledding hill (sleds in the house!). This condo is made for families and friends who want easy access to all the outdoor activities Vail has to offer.

Inside, the 1200 sqft home is giving Brooklyn-loft vibes. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in and highlight the exposed brick. The open living space is cozy and functional, with a large sectional for movie nights, a working fireplace for après-ski hangs, and a dining table big enough for group meals or puzzles on a snowy afternoon. A peaceful primary bedroom and a bunk room designed for both kids and grownups, there’s space to unwind, recharge, and settle in. Step out onto the private balcony, which overlooks a grove of aspens and frequent visits from hummingbirds—it’s furnished with an outdoor sofa + a gas grill for cozy evenings under the stars.
