Overall the stay was good, the best part was the balcony/beach view and the pools! My only complaint is the washer did not work, left our beach towels completely soaked. Also, they don’t provide coffee for the coffee machines, so make sure to bring your own.

Unit was very clean and the view was spectacular! Quick access to pools and the beach, walking distance to food and attractions, and fully stocked with any appliance or kitchen items you may need.

Condo was very cramped. It was outdated. The whole place was filled with cabinets and excessive furniture. No comfortable seating for lounging. Small balcony with a small junky table and chairs from 30 years ago / wicker lounger and pool floats that filled up what little space was out there. Large floor to ceiling cabinets in bedroom blocked door to bathroom so you had to walk out and around Absolutely no room to layout suitcase. Needs ceiling fans. Tiny kitchen very outdated bar with garage cabinets taking up room. Living room had most uncomfortable sofa ever made. TV was nice but should be wall mounted to get rid of huge tv cabinet. A computer desk and computer monitor next to that with rolling chair. Place is just too small and cramped for all the stuff that crammed into it. Barely big enough for two people. Small bed in bedroom and sofa is not an option. View is nice but they all have a view. It was a cheap price and I know why now, really should have been cheaper. An update would really help, even just getting new comfortable furniture, open things up a bit with less bulky cabinets and junk. No reason to have 4 non matching barstools in a place 2 people can barely move around in. It was almost like a college apartment of mismatch items used to fill a space. I will say shower was newer and tv was nice. Room just didn’t put off vacation vibes, Edgewater is a good location but becoming old and musty. Probably gonna go back to newer properties Get what you pay for I guess.

Kitchen was clean and we managed to prepare a few meals. You are only given 1 tp roll and 1 garbage bag for the entire week and you end up buying excess products just to leave them there. Would recommend salad bowls-had to use metal mixing bowls. TV usage was a challenge in the bedroom. Otherwise the unit offered mostly what was needed.
