You'll love this spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house, only steps from Venice Beach! It's a beautiful 3 story beach house with ocean views, less than a block to the Venice Beach Boardwalk! Location, location, location- be in the heart of all the action of Venice's Muscle Beach!
Your entrance is via an attached garage with a private entrance into the house. Inside, you'll find the bottom floor bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and the en suite master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and is next to the hall bathroom.
On the 3rd floor is the living room and kitchen with an open floor plan. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you need. The living room has an ocean view, a 50 inch TV, and a large comfortable couch that could sleep an extra guest.
The house comes with all the sheets and towels you need, as well as a strong and fast wifi signal so you can stay connected.
There is parking for 2 cars in the attached garage, plus another can fit in the gated patio area.

A 15-20 minute walk/bike ride along the beach to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade. A short walk/bike ride to the restaurants and shops on Main Street and Abbot Kinney Blvd. Whether you've come to Venice to shop, explore the LA sights, or just relax by the ocean, this property is in the perfect location for it all. Please note: Venice Boardwalk is a busy tourist destination with lots of artists and performers out at all hours.
