Enjoy a private, comfortable basement guest suite in our quiet, owner-occupied home. Ideal for visiting family, extended stays, or guests seeking a calm place to rest.

Whether you’re visiting family, working remotely, or seeking a relaxing getaway, this 900 sq ft walk-out guesthouse is your perfect haven. With a private entrance through the fenced yard, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and comfort.

Inside, you’ll find a serene bedroom with a queen memory foam bed, a full kitchen, a spacious living room with a bar, and a modern bathroom. A queen size air mattress and twin roll away bed are available for extra guests in the living room. *Egress window is located just outside the bedroom.

Step out to your private patio overlooking a tranquil pond, grazing animals, and one of St. Peters’ last remaining farms. Enjoy evenings around the newly added fire pit, cook dinner on the six-burner gas grill, or simply relax and take in the peaceful country views.

Enjoy walking trails nearby, a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, fresh linens and toiletries, and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix for cozy nights in.

Conveniently located near Mid Rivers Mall Drive, you’ll have quick access to shopping, dining, and highways 70 & 364. Explore Main Street St. Charles in 20 minutes or downtown St. Louis in 40.

Enjoy the convenience of your own private entrance through the backyard. A dedicated sidewalk flows into pavers, leading you directly to your private door, ensuring a seamless arrival.

Please Note: This is a quiet home, and we make every effort to respect our guests’ quiet hours. I have a 17-year-old son who also understands and respects the need for quiet. Our pets are secured at night to ensure this as well.

The guest bedroom is located on the opposite end of the house from the other upstairs bedrooms, and sound does not travel between the bedrooms. The main kitchen is directly above the guest bedroom, so we make a point not to use the kitchen after 9 PM.

We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy a peaceful, restful stay.

We had a lovely stay. Clean and peaceful with a beautiful pastoral view from patio. All the essential comforts of home are provided. Check-in and out were a breeze. Tina is a wonderful host and was great with all communications. I highly recommend a stay here.

A wonderful location, description is spot-on, and the host is delightful. The VRBO is spotless with subtle decorations. The location is within two miles of shopping and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood plus walking/running trails close-by.If we ever travel this way again, we will hope to return to this location.

Spacious and beautifully decorated basement apartment. Gorgeous view of pond with swans and geese. Very comfortable bed and furniture with large TVs. Walk down to the entrance is a somewhat steep slope- not a problem unless you have specific knee problems. You just have to watch your step around the path because the dog sometimes relieves herself by the stepping stones, but the host is very good about cleaning it up quickly and always responds quickly to texts.

The property was clean and well stocked: towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Whenever we had questions, Tina responded in a timely manner. We loved the facilities and the view from the back patio! We would love to stay there again, but do to my 71 year old husband's mobility issues, the steppings to the patio entrance were difficult for him to traverse.

This home was amazing!! My dog, cat and I spent 3 months with this host and everything was perfect! Woke up every morning and got to know the farm animals that back up to their property, feeding the emu’s apples was definitely a highlight. Home is vey spacious and everything we needed was provided. I definitely will treasure the time I spent here as one of my best trips and will definitely return if I have the opportunity!!

Lovely Find

This was a really spacious place to stay and was super great. The main bed was very comfortable. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of ice in the freezer and a filter water pitcher as well. The view and patio were really great with the nice weather. They had all the extras we needed.

Beautiful neighborhood

The host provided detailed and clear instructions for accessing the property. The house was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the host was prompt and responsive when we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s place while visiting our daughter and granddaughters. It truly felt like a home away from home—peaceful, private, and thoughtfully designed.The apartment has its own rear entrance to a spacious lower level in a charming, walkable neighborhood. It backs to a farm with beautiful views of a lake, swans, horses, and even emus—plus spectacular sunsets.Inside, everything was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The full kitchen had all we needed, and the open layout flows into a comfortable living area with a large TV, then into a huge bedroom with plenty of storage. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked, with extra blankets available as well.We appreciated thoughtful touches like a fenced yard (perfect for our dog, Gracie), plus sidewalks and nearby trails for walking. The location is ideal—quiet yet close to shopping, restaurants, and highways.Tina was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. You can tell she puts great care into every detail.Far better than a hotel—more comfortable and a great value. We would absolutely stay again!

We needed a space while we vacated our home undergoing renovation. Knowing work could go longer than projected, Tina was willing work with us on flexibility beyond our target dates! We were delighted when we arrived. It was so much more spacious than we envisioned. And the patio area and pastoral view were SO restful. Our daughter needed to make use of the air mattress. It was a TOP line mattress. Tina's space lacked for nothing in the necessities and comforts. Loved her selection of books and games available. FANTASTIC value! Definitely keeping her space in mind for when family or friends come for an extended visit and need personal space in the future. Great find!

A very neat basement property with a beautiful backyard space. Lots of birds and you can see the ball diamonds and park across the small pond. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was extremely helpful and accomodating.
